with a scrolling head and shoulders, milligrain set with two graduated old Swiss cut diamonds. Lines of eight cut diamonds, grain set to the head and shoulders, all set in white and backed in yellow to a flat section yellow shank. Marked 18ct. Head 8.9 x 7.3mm, 4.42g.
