An Arts & Crafts silver and opal necklace

An Arts & Crafts silver and opal necklace, early 20th century. The fancy link necklace features eight polished freeform opals in wire mounts with leaf and bud detailing, suspending a larger opal drop mounted to a grape and vine motif. Principal opal 11 x 23 x 37mm approximately. Necklace 1360mm long, central drop 46mm. 56.75g Condition Report: Principal opal 11 x 23 x 37mm approximately. Several opals have chips and marks, and a few dehydration lines. Opals lively, displaying different degrees of play of colour. The necklace doesn't have a clasp. Two later bolt rings were added but they can be removed without affecting the necklace.
