Condition Report: Overall fair to good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Heavy wear, scuffs, scratches, and nicks throughout. Chair has likely been refinished. Rubber wear and loss to finish on arms. Loosening to back seat rail. Nicked abrasions to feet and legs. Leather reupholstered.
