An East India Company Naval Officer's Sword
Circa 1830-40
Similar to the last, the bright blade etched with the arms and motto of the East India Company on one side at the forte, and on the other with the company crest, in its original steel scabbard now painted black and with linear engraved locket and chape, the former with rounded frog hook (hilt and scabbard mounts with old varnish)
