[ translate ]

An Edwardian 9ct gold demantoid garnet and diamond hinged bangle. The circular-shape demantoid garnet and rose-cut diamond cross motif, inset to the scrolling panel with cannetille surround, to the plain half-bangle. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1906. Inner diameter 6.4cms. Weight 10.3gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Wear to the silk finish. Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation. Garnets are a bright green, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Garnets in fair condition with some abrasion and small nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. One garnet cracked in middle.

Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.

Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
