Condition Report: Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Scattered minor repairs to the veneer. More prominent shrinkage crack to the top and to bottom of interior. Heavier wear and scuffs to the feet. Interior with prior residue and applied velcro. Includes key.
