An Edwardian seed pearl necklace, having a fringe of graduated bell shaped drops spaced by three closed crescent and star motifs, each link of the chain necklace attached to each side set with a small seed pearl overall length 44cm, (having been extened by 5cm of belcher link chain), gross weight approximately 18gms.

The condition of the necklace is all good, no missing pearls, no signs of damage or repair.
The tongue snap fastener works well.
Please note the length of the necklace has been extended by inserting a length of old belcher link chain by the clasp, this would not be original.
Please also note the two areas in photographs where the sections appear darker, this is not due to a repair but to dirt in the links probably caused by a beauty product, it has not dis-coloured the pearls.
