An Edwardian silver mounted jewellery casket, of curved oblong slanted form with central key lock, the hinged lid with a scene of two young lovers on a swing in a forest within a floral border, opening to reveal a blue lined interior with six ring dividers and bracelet holder to the cover of a further compartment, the whole raised upon four stylised feet. Hallmarked Birmingham 1902, maker's mark slightly rubbed probably Henry Matthews. Maximum height measuring 3 3/8 inches (8.7 cm).
