An Egyptian steatite scarab, Late Period

An Egyptian steatite scarab, Late Period, c. 664 - 332 BC, the body with triple lines dividing the shell and multiple lines on the head, legs grooved. On base a dedication to Amen-Re with a Horus falcon beneath. 12 x 9 mm. Holed lengthwise for suspension, no remaining glaze. Ex collection of Gustave Mustaki formed in the mid-20th Century.
