An Empire Style Gilt Bronze and Marble Figural Mantel Clock

20th century
surmounted by a seated classically draped figure flanked by a helmet and a sword above the dial with Roman numeral hours, raised on a stepped base, the time-and-strike movement stamped Cailly Freres and C. R. C./ C. R. Crookshank/ 7372.
Height 30 1/4 x width 21 x depth 8 3/4 inches.

Case in overall good condition. Bronze with shiny, bright gold patina. A few scratches/minor chips to edges of marble. Clock is not running; one hand is detached, no pendulum, key or bell. Both springs will however take a wind.
