Round vessel with a grapevine frieze on four finely chased sphinx supports. The detailed, sculpted snake handles hang from relief faun mascarons. The outer surface applied with Classical style figures of Hercules with the pelt of the Nemean lion and a bacchante. H 28 cm, weight 2,671 g.
