An English porcelain part tea service, possibly Ridgway or Coalport, first half 19th century, some pieces marked 686, painted with sprays of roses to the centre and well, within a yellow border and cobalt blue gilt-edged tied leaves, with gadrooned and gilt-edged rims, comprising: two square twin-handled dishes, 24cm wide, a slop bowl, 17.3cm diameter, three teacups, 5cm high, four coffee cups, 6.5cm high, and ten saucers, 14.6cm diameter (20)

Condition Report:

One teacup has a large hairline crack running through the base and foot and up to the rim. All other pieces are in generally good condition with wear consistent with age, including some rubbing of gilding and minor fading of colours, light scratches and marks to the porcelain, and general surface dirt.
