An Heriz carpet, early 20th century approximately 454 x 351cmProvenance: The Collection of Countess Veronica MunsterCondition Report: Wear to carpet overall. Wear reveal underlying weft and pale knot heads in places throughout. All edges have been re-bound with red binding. The binding has moved into the guard stripe at all edges. Binding with wear, fraying, and various sections of loss - please see images for extent. There are some loose threads at one end of the carpet. Various losses to pile.
