A painted icon of the Resurrection with an angel, the garments of beaded trimmed velvet, with foil oklad and ornate foil liner in a rectangular shadowbox frame/kiot; 13 3/4" x 12 1/2" x 3 1/4". Condition: the glass missing, replaced with plastic; the kiot with wear commensurate with age. Provenance: Private Collection; Northern California.
