An Indian style lidded pot, a circular embossed dish & a small mug. (3).

An Indian style lidded pot, of cylindrical form with banded square panels embossed in low relief with various animals and motifs including an elephant and sun, the removable lid of conforming style with vacant cartouche, appears unmarked, height measuring 3 1/8 inches (8 cm). Together with a small circular dish with scalloped rim and embossed floral panels surrounding a vacant shield cartouche, the base with foliate motif, appears unmarked, plus a small mug, of plain tapered form with 'C' shape handle, marked 'T90P' to the handle only. Gross weight 9.5 ozt (296 grams). (3). In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Visible repairs to the interior rim of the Indian style pot with areas of crude solder. Construction seam visible on the mug which appears slightly squashed in shape. The Indian pot tests at around 91% silver to the base and 75% to the lid and 81% along the edge. The dish tests at around 78% silver to the base and 75% around the sides. The mug tests at around 90% silver.
