On the back marked with struck number "XX" Brass knuckle-bow hilt (designed after German design) with three parallel side bars, backstrap rising to a lion's head pommel. Leather-covered handle wrapped with twisted and smooth wire bearing remnants of gilding. The steel scabbard with two movable suspension rings is brass plated with.
