An Irish George II mahogany tea table, circa 1750, the hinged rectangular top above a plain frieze incorporating a central frieze drawer, on acanthus and C-scroll carved tapering cabriole legs, terminating in unusual tri-form moulded feet, 73cm high, 81cm wide, 41cm deep (when closed)Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old minor chips and splitsHandle is a period replacement. Some later supporting blocks to the interior of the carcass. Extremely well executed repaired split to top of one rear leg.
