An Italian Painted and Gilt Mirror

the molded cornice of breakfront outline mounted with two pinecone finials above the paneled frieze and mirror plate flanked by bellflower swags.
Height 43 1/4 x width 48 inches.

Two pinecone finials are detached and do not sit perfectly flush atop the frame. Scattered tight age splits throughout, particularly to the upper corners. Scattered instances of surface wear and loss to both the painted and gilt surfaces. Evidence of termite damage throughout.
