Condition Report: Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Scattered areas of buckling/lifting, chipping, surface abrasions, and localized repairs to veneer. Likely has been refinished. Lacking to segments to molding/trim, with further scattered repairs. Possible later-added reinforcements to underside. Lacking key.
