An Italian silver tazza - Rome, 1741-1777, Vincenzo I Belli circular shaped on a round foot. Stamped with the silver warranty mark in use in Rome (Papal States) depicting the "crossed keys of St. Peter under a liturgical umbrella" and with the maker's mark of Vincenzo I Belli, used from 1741 to 1787 (Ref. Costantino Bulgari, Argentieri Gemmari e Orafi d’Italia, Parte Prima – Roma, Tomo 1 , pag.126; Palombi, Roma 1980 marks nr 245). Underneath the iscription "C.S. 1777". Diameter 13.5 cm, height 20.5 cm. Weight 633 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
