An Official NASA Challenger Memorial Plaque

An Official NASA Challenger Memorial Plaque and Report of the Presidential Commission on the Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster,

Presented to President Ronald Reagan from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

The plaque depicts portraits of the last Challenger crew, a mission patch and a small U.S Flag which was flown as part of the official flight kit aboard the orbiter Challenger STS 51-L, January 28, 1986.
Aluminum mounted to walnut. The US Flag is under plexiglass.
Together with lithograph crew photo.
Also with a bound copy of the report of the Presidential commission on the space shuttle Challenger accident, June 6, 1986 in Washington D.C.

Also with an enameled memorial pin and a NASA art print portfolio.
