Double-sided red cotton flag, hoist edge with tunnel loop and seven cloth ties, three sides edged with black coiled fringe with silver-aluminum accents. At centre a black, canted swastika on white field, machine-applied, upper left corner a black cloth rectangle patch edged in silver-aluminum twist piping, "I/103" chain-stitch embroidered in silver-aluminum thread.
