An antique and later miniature panel ring

An antique and later miniature panel ring, the marquise shaped panel with the portrait of a lady wearing a pink dress with yellow shawl below a glazed panel, finger size N, 7.3g gross

The shank is later, there is signs of glue to the base of the painted panel. The glazed panel has scratches. The back of the setting has some knocks and a couple of polished sections where an original fitting may have been attached
