An antique tea caddy, probably 18th century, of octagonal form with a pull-off cover and removable domed cap, the base with mark RW struck four times, unidentified, possibly unascribed provincial, or an unrecorded London maker, also with scratch engraved initials R over TA. Maximum height to finial 5" (12.5 cm), weight 6.68 ozt (207.9 grams).
