Comprising a teapot and coffee pot, Elkington & Co., Birmingham 1870, a kettle on stand, Thomas Bradbury & Sons, London, 1871, an open sugar bowl, William Wrangham Williams, London, 1870 and a cream jug, S. Smith & Son, London, 1875, with heraldic crest and motto in garter reserve.

Footnote:
The crest and motto is that of the family of Willett.

This set likely belonged to Augustus Saltren Willett (c. 1781-1849) of Tapeley Park near Instow in the County of Devon. Augustus Willett married Margaret Caroline Chichester (c. 1794-1883).
Condition Report: Hollowware fully marked to undersides. Lids part marked. Kettle stand fully marked. Burner unmarked and not included in weight listed. An assembled set, as stated. General marks, scratches, scattered dings, rubbing and wear commensurate with age and use. Finials with discoloration and crazing. Handle to coffee pot loose. Engraved as stated.
