An early 19th century French (German) provincial silver chamberstick, Strasbourg circa 1830 by H&Co Of circular form with a dished well and incised concentric rings, the capital with an affixed sconce, the fiddle pattern side handle engraved with initials AV in cursive script. Marked to reverse with town mark and maker’s mark. Length – 14 cm / 5.6 inches Weight –135 grams / 4.34 ozt
