An early 19th century Swiss pair cased quarter repeating pocket watch, circa 1820, outer case, 58mm diameter, marked K18 with chevron mark and untraced casemaker's mark (PHPI skeleton punch), numbered 14746, the hinge with Dutch duty mark for foreign objects (1814-1831) and marked 585, open faced pocket watch, gold coloured dial with textured inner, gold coloured Roman numerals and blued hands, front loading gilt half engraved full plate movement, signed MORRIS TOBIAS LONDON, with plunger activated repeating mechanism, pierced and engraved winged balance cock with mascaron at the neck, escapement with chain fusée and three arm balance, silvered regulation and 4 pinned cylindrical pillars, two polished steel hammers repeating on a bell to the inside case back, all under a signed metal cover, inner case, 50mm diameter, inner with bell secured by a single screw, marked 18K with chevron mark and untraced casemaker's mark (PHPI skeleton punch), numbered 14746, 167.4g gross, presented with the winding key
