Condition Report:
- General light marks and wear.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Opals with a white body colour, with mostly green, blue and red play of colour. Opals have a fairly dull lustre.
- Diamonds with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Band inscribed 'John 14th sept 1910.
- Test as 18ct gold.
- Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
