An early 20th century 18ct gold ruby and single-cut diamond cluster ring.Ruby calculated weight 0.62ct, based on estimated dimensions of 5.5 by 4.2 by 3.2mms.Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct.Later import marks for Birmingham, 1978. Ring size N. 2.3gms.
Condition Report: Surface scratches and small marks. Moderate wear to the gallery.Stamped 18ct PLAT.Diamonds appear bright and well matched.Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.Ruby appears a bright slightly purplish pinky red.
