An early 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring. The graduated circular-shape sapphire line, with old-cut diamond line sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Weight 3.5gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Some scratches in keeping with general wear.
Noticeable wear to several claws. Replacement gems.
Diamonds well matched.
Diamonds bright.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Diamonds mostly have few, small inclusions. Two with surface reaching feathers.
sapphires are a well matched, medium dark, violetish blue hue.
Sapphires in good condition.
Estimated dimensions of sapphire 3.5 by 2.5mms.
