An early 20th century Russian diamond brooch.
An early 20th century Russian diamond brooch. Designed as a rose-cut diamond trefoil, suspended from a similarly-cut diamond kite-shape collet, with scrolling sides. Russian marks including 56 Zolotnik mark. Length 5.9cms. Weight 3.7gms. Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/wear and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Front bar and brooch pin slightly misshapen. Diamonds well matched and fairly bright.
Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation. Diamonds chipped. Diamonds with a noticeable yellow tint. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
