An early 20th century amethyst and split pearl necklace. Designed as a circular-shape amethyst and split pearl floral and foliate motif, with split pearl scrolling sides, suspended from an integral trace-link chain. Length 42cms. Weight 4.3gms. Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Chain shows evidence of alteration to lengthen. Soft solder can be seen to the joint. Split pearls in good condition. Amethysts in good to fair condition. One gem chipped.
