An early 20th century emerald and diamond brooch. The pave-set diamond bow, with vari-shape emerald shamrock and diamond central knot and pear-shape emerald accent sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Length 3.2cms. Weight 7.3gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Replacement clasp and clasp mount.
Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Minor to moderate, small, scattered inclusions.
Emeralds are a well matched, vibrant, slightly bluish green hue. Moderate inclusions, some surface reaching.
Emeralds with minor to moderate abrasion and some small nicks.
