An early 20th century gold chrysoberyl and aquamarine necklace. The graduated vari-shape chrysoberyl and aquamarine fringe, suspended from a similarly-set line, with belcher-link back-chain. Length 37cms. Weight 11.1gms. Purchasing information Overall condition good to fair. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Evidence of possible repair work/ alterations. Some discolouration to drops and joints. Possible replacement gems. Two of the drops to the fringe face to the side. Chrysoberyl are a well matched medium slightly yellowish green hue, fairly saturated, with good clarity.

Aquamarines are a well matched pale blue hue, fairly saturated, with good and typical inclusions. Stones in good to fair condition with some nicks and abrasions.
