An early 20th century gold cultured pearl locket. The cultured pearl, with heart-shape surround, suspended from a loop surmount and fancy-link chain. Length of locket 3.9cms. Length of chain 44cms. Total weight 14.3gms. Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Locket tests as 18ct gold, chain is stamped for 9ct gold. Cultured pearl is a creamy white hue with iridescent overtones.
Cultured pearl is in good condition with some minor cracks to nacre.
