An early 20th century gold split pearl bangle. Designed as two split pearl lines, hinged to the openwork reverse. Inner diameter 5.6cms. Weight 19.7gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Some split pearls possible replacements
Split pearls have a creamy white body colour with rose and greenish overtones
Evidence of repair work can be seen to clasp
Split pearls in good to fair condition with some light abrasion and nacre damage.
