An early 20th century natural seed pearl multi-strand bracelet. Comprising four seed pearl strands, to the octagonal-shape emerald and foliate engraved clasp. Verbal from GCS, stating Colombian, moderate enhancement and natural, saltwater. Estimated dimensions of emerald 6 by 5.5 by 2.8mms. Length 19.5cms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good to fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Shows evidence of alterations. Clasp appears to be unoriginal to bracelet.
Seed pearls are a slightly yellowish creamy white colour, with rose and greenish overtones.
Seed pearls measure approximately 3.4 to 2.5mms.
Seed pearls in good to fair condition, some with moderate nacre damage.
Emerald is a medium blueish green hue, well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical surface reaching inclusions. moderate window effect observed through the table.
Emerald in good condition with some minor nicks and abrasions.
Length of clasp 1cm.
