An early Meissen porcelain tea caddy with Kakiemon style decor
Baluster form tea caddy decorated with finely painted flowers in the Japanese taste in two gilt rimmed reserves. Blue crossed swords mark with pronounced pommels and a circle between the guards. Star shaped dreher's mark for Paul Wildenstein and four dots for Johann Elias Grund sen. Including a later associated lid. The lower body and base restored. H without lid 9,6 cm.
