- Scratches and small surface marks in keeping with wear.
- Lapis lazuli untested for natural colour origin.
- Lapis lazuli is a mottled medium light through deep blue hues, slight calcite inclusions. Few small pyrite inclusions visible.
- General small surface pitting to the lapis lazuli.
- Presumed maker's mark partially indistinct/poorly struck.
