An early twentieth century silver mounted hand mirror, a silver mounted hair brush, etc.

An early twentieth century silver mounted hand mirror, of plain circular form with reeded rim border, hallmarked Birmingham 1918, maker's mark worn and distorted, length measuring 10 6/8 inches (27.5 cm). Together with an early twentieth century silver mounted hair brush with embossed scroll rim border, hallmarked Birmingham 1919, a plated epergne stand of tri-form with four removable glass vases, marked EP alongside a maker's mark for James Deakin & Sons, an Edwardian cased set of six ivory handled plated fish knives and forks and a pair of fish servers, ferrules hallmarked Allen & Darwin, Sheffield 1903, servers dated 1902, etc. In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The mirror plate on the hand mirror has some marks around the edge, further marked Rd 808910? to the silver mount. The mount on the hair brush has some minor nicks and dints. The epergne stand and glass vases are dirty and would benefit from a clean. The holder for the knife fish server in the interior of the lid is loose and causes it to slip out when the case is opened, no key presented for the fitted case, the brass cartouche is vacant to the top. This lot may have export issues, for customers outside of the EU, please note that it is the buyers responsibility to adhere to any import/export requirements.
