An eighteen karat gold and sapphire case, Fabergé with the workmaster's mark of Edward Schramm, c. 1890

the hammered gold case accented on either side with a clover set with four cabochon sapphires or the initial "R" set with circular-cut sapphires, and further set with a cabochon sapphire case pusher. The interior engraved "Rudolph 1886" and the Imperial Austrian crown.
