the center highlighting polychrome enamel in floral motif with rose-cut diamond surround, case front and back bordered by enamel, interior with hinged rouge well, inside case front containing frame, case pusher set with black onyx and rose-cut diamonds. Case attached to eighteen karat gold finger ring and links with black enamel. Signed Cartier and numbered.
