Set with eighty-eight calibre-cut and round mixed-cut emeralds graduating in size and further set with sixty-nine rose-cut diamonds gauged from 3.5mm -1.7mm in diameter and one fancy step-cut diamond gauged at 4mm in diameter (widest point) and accented with four round mixed-cut emeralds
