An exhibition quality model of a 5 inch gauge Great Western Railway shunters truck, built by Mr D R Carter of Minehead, Somerset. Being No.41887 of 1897 period allocated to Hereford (Barton Yard) in January 1897. The model built using Swindon drawings dated 1911 and 1916. Having spoked wheels to GL5 profile. Opening top box, leaf springs, horizontal transverse buffing spring, couplings and many other detailed items. The model comes together with a display track and aluminium mounted base 56cm x 30cm. Total height 28cm.
