An expertly carved amber-red glass snuff bottle
Probably Imperial, attributed to the Beijing Palace Workshops, 18th century
The moon flask-form bottle standing on a rounded oval foot ring, with a pair of faux lion mask-and-ring handles on the narrow sides flanking a circular reserve on each main side enclosing paired archaic dragons; the transparent red metal displaying a very subtle orange tinge.
