The note on the opening flyleaf says that the manuscript was given as a gift on the occasion of the marriage of a sister Mah laqa [?] to Nasrullah Mu'tazedi, and is dated 15 rajab 1312/12th January 1895.

The bookplate of the Firuz library (Firuz was the seller's great-uncle) states that the manuscript was bought from Aqa Mahmud, the book seller, attributed to great (or old) Mu'ayyir and is dated in shamsi 1295/1916.
