An interesting short Kaskara

Condition: good
Large blade, probably shortened, with wide central fuller engraved with a lion, a rose and inscriptions. Tang. Typical, cross-shaped, iron quillon. Cylindrical grip and disc-shaped pommel covered with leather. Under the pommel, a plant fibre braid. Leather scabbard decorated with embossed patterns and featuring fine silver hilt mounts.
