This Egyptian faience amulet pendant depicts the Udjat Eye, also known as the Eye of Horus, and based on its stylistic features and manufacturing technique, can probably be dated to the Late Period of Ancient Egypt, circa 664–332 BC. Such amulets were often worn for their symbolic protection and were a popular burial object.
