PROVENANCE: OLD FRENCH COLLECTION. Ex. collection of Mr. Alain Fouquet Abrial, château de Chabreville, Courgeac, France. Loved of ancient Egypt, studied Ecole du Louvre, student of Christiane Desroches-Noblecourt. He seek sponsorship for restoration of Egyptian monuments. He spent much of his life in Egypt, died in Cairo. He collected some egyptian antiquities seinde 1960, of egyptian vases and predynastic pottery. \r
