Harpocrates god amulet Ancient Egypt, Late Period, 664 – 323 B. C. 4,2 cm Height. Condition Report: Good condition. Provenance: Private collection, Marseilles, France, 1970 - 1980. He must have been placed on a throne made of wood or bronze which is now lost. He is wearing a braid on the side of the head, as distinctive of a Prince. He is wearing the snake ureus . His arms are close to the body with hands next to his thighs. Legs and feet are attached resting on a small square base. Notes: The piece includes authenticity certificate.
